Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to within 5 business days of receiving your order. Customer will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. The customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to at their own expense, and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. may reimburse the customer for return shipping, if a defect is determined to exist by our team. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products. In the event of an expedited order the quality may sometimes be sacrificed for the expedition to be feasible and the client agrees and understands that there may be a quality assurance is not possible for expedited orders. Under no circumstances are reimbursement or refunds issued on any custom printing, these products are provided specifically to you and by your agreement to purchase custom printed products, you relinquish your right to charge-back your transaction at any time.

Under no circumstances can be held liable for any discrepancies caused by shipping/handling and logistics partners. Messengers, FedEx, or UPS may be used any the manufacturing production facility is determined at the time of your order receipt and is at our discretion.

Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at PrintBanners discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval is to be accepted in written format.

Color Proof Accuracy
Please note color proofs cannot match the final product 100% due to the fact that proofs are created in a different way than the printed piece and the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.
